(NYSE: ICR-PA), a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), announced today that its board of directors has declared a dividend on its Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. A quarterly dividend of $0.459375 per share will be paid on December 30, 2021 to holders of record on December 15, 2021 for the period from and including September 22, 2021 (initial settlement date) to, but not including, December 30, 2021.
