LEADERSHIP PROFILES PRASHANT BODHANWALA

Prashant Bodhanwala is Chief Accounting Officer of The Inland Real Estate Group, Inc. He is responsible for overseeing accounting, financial strategic planning and financial analyses for Inland.

Mr. Bodhanwala brings more than 20 years of experience in managing accounting departments, implementing accounting systems, initiating process improvements and managing investor reporting and distributions. Prior to joining Inland in June 2015, he served as vice president of accounting for CA Ventures, Inc, a real estate development firm, where he was responsible for all accounting, tax, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Under his leadership, the company streamlined the monthly preparation of investor reporting to meet required distribution due dates and developed an internal control system. Prior to joining CA Ventures, LLC, Mr. Bodhanwala was a finance manager for Jones Lang LaSalle; a corporate controller for InSite Real Estate, LLC, a real estate development management firm, a portfolio manager for TrizecHahn Office Properties, a publicly owned real estate company and a property accountant for Miglin Beitler, Inc., a regional real estate service company for commercial properties.

Mr. Bodhanwala is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois-Chicago.
